In partnership with Würth, Leighton Vans now offers the ORSY® Mobil modular racking system — a durable, trade-focused setup that can be specified as part of your van build or added to an existing vehicle.

 What is ORSY® Mobil?

ORSY® Mobil is a modular van racking system designed for trade professionals. It’s built from pre-designed module blocks that can be mixed and matched to suit your tools, parts, and workflow — and expanded later as your needs change.

Because ORSY® Mobil is built from module blocks, you can:

  • choose a standard layout fast, or

  • build something bespoke around your trade and equipment,

  • and add accessories later (storage, lashing, locks, etc.).

We can support your build with professional planning, including 3D planning so you can visualise the final layout before ordering.

Plan Your ORSY® Mobil Layout

Plan your system using Würth’s online configurator

Customers can explore layouts and build a racking system using Würth’s online vehicle equipment planner.

Once you've created your layout, send the configuration to us and we’ll review it with our Würth representative and provide a quote including supply and installation.

How it works:

  1. Build your layout using the Würth planner

  2. Save or export the configuration

  3. Send it to the Leighton Vans parts team

  4. We confirm compatibility, pricing and installation

Lead times

  • Standard module blocks: approx. 2 weeks
  • Bespoke (with planning): 4–6 weeks

Supplied & fitted by Leighton Vans

We supply the racking and fit it in-house as part of your vehicle build or as an add-on. ORSY® Mobil is delivered fully assembled on pallets and installed with the correct fixings.

(If you want to include install timing on-page: the crib sheet suggests ~1.5 hours per unit + 1 hour.

Make it part of the vehicle build spec — a clean, professional setup that can be integrated into the overall conversion (and often bundled into finance, where applicable).
