1. Promoter
   This promotion is organised by Leighton Vans Ltd, Unit 1 Daleside Road, Nottingham, NG2 4DH, UK.

2. Eligibility

   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

   • One entry per person via the online form.

   • Employees of Leighton Vans Ltd, Continental Tyres, their families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

   • Entrants must have a UK postal address for delivery or fitting of the prize.

3. How to Enter

   • Complete the entry form at www.leightonparts.co.uk/win-with-leighton-x-continental.html.

   • For additional entries, participants may like the Leighton Vans Facebook page and tag a friend on the giveaway post.

   • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize

   • One winner will receive a full set of Continental AllSeasonContact 2 tyres, worth over £1,000 (RRP).

   • Tyre size and fitment must match the sizes currently stocked by Leighton Parts.

   • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

   • If the winner’s vehicle requires a size not stocked by Leighton Parts, a suitable alternative of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the promoter.

5. Competition Period

   • Entries open on the date of campaign launch and close at midnight on Thursday 14th November 2025.

   • Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

   • The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition closing.

   • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Leighton Vans reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

   • The tyres will be supplied and fitted (or delivered) within the UK only.

   • Fitting will be arranged directly with the winner at no additional cost.

   • Leighton Vans reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required due to stock or supplier availability.

8. Data Protection

   • Personal data collected through the entry form will be used solely for administering this competition and contacting the winner.

   • Entrants who choose to opt in to receive marketing communications will be added to the Leighton Vans and Leighton Parts mailing list and may receive updates, offers, and news by email.

   • Consent is optional and not a condition of entry. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

   • Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

9. Publicity

   • By entering, participants agree that their name and general location (e.g. town/county) may be used in winner announcements and promotional material.
